Graduating third in her class at the University of Florida, College of Law in 1981, Jody H. Oliver, a native of West Palm Beach, Florida, provides quality, personalized estate planning, probate, guardianship and business law services. She has enjoyed an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell for over twenty-five years, the highest rating afforded to an attorney by her peers, and scored the highest grade on the Florida Bar’s state section when taking the bar exam in 1982. Specific legal matters she handles include all estate planning, probate, guardianship cases as well as business transaction matters. Having received the “book” award for the highest grade in Contracts in law school, she also has aided her clients on numerous contractual business transactions, including real estate, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, lender /borrower workouts and landlord /tenant issues.
